Free Clean Eating Challenge


The term "eat pretty" means eating foods that are colorful, vibrant, and nutritious while taking pride in what you are feeding your body.  We focus on clean eating for 7 days, which means no fried foods, processed foods, or junk food.  I run this challenge through a private Facebook Group and provide you with everything you need including meal plans, grocery lists, recipe ideas, and plenty of support and accountability from me and the others in the group.  Oh and did I mention it's completely FREE!
